Tiger Woods vs. Sergio Garcia

Tiger had already wowed the golfing world with his victory as a 21 year old at the Masters in 1997, however he came into the final major of the 1999 season with that Masters victory his only major title to date.

In a final day battle with the then 19 year old Sergio Garcia it was Woods who eventually came out on top, delivering his second major title and spring boarding the beginning of the most successful season of his career in the year 2000.
