12. Palmer Coolum Resort

The Palmer Coolum Resort is set at the base of Mount Coolum, fronting onto 2km of pristine beach it covers 150 hectares and has a diverse array of outlets, venues and outdoor activities.The 18 hole, Par 72 championship golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones Jnr measures 6137m from the Championship tees. Over the recent years, the course has been graced by the some of the World’s best players including Major winners Adam Scott, Bubba Watson and Greg Norman to name but a few. The diverse and exciting Championship course offers contrasting landscapes from lakeside holes to manicured fairways that weave their way through native bush land.
