A shared tapas is a great way to get dinner conversation firing and now Relish is saying “Bienvenida!” to Spanish and Cuban inspired dishes on its new spring/summer 2015 menu.
Eat, drink, be merry as this new flavour sensation dances the ‘Cha, cha, cha’ with your tastebuds.
High notes include:
- Cuban spiced pork belly, sauce mojo, sherry reduction, grilled lime (entrée);
- Crispy skin duck breast, Spanish sherry reduction, dark chocolate glaze, grilled pear, silverbeet, raisins & pinenuts (mains);
- Churros con chocolate: Spanish doughnuts, cinnamon sugar & chocolate dipping sauce
Our perennially popular Prawn Stars $25 lunch special is back too drawing on flavours from North Africa and Asia. The famous Mooloolaba prawn is the hero of these three sensational dishes:
- Grilled chermoula prawns: herb cous cous, citrus yoghurt & burnt lemon
- Mild panang curry prawns: choy-sum & coconut rice
- Prawn salad: beanshoots, coriander, mint, toasted peanuts, sweet & sour dressing
