A shared tapas is a great way to get dinner conversation firing and now Relish is saying “Bienvenida!” to Spanish and Cuban inspired dishes on its new spring/summer 2015 menu.

Eat, drink, be merry as this new flavour sensation dances the ‘Cha, cha, cha’ with your tastebuds.

High notes include:

  • Cuban spiced pork belly, sauce mojo, sherry reduction, grilled lime (entrée);
  • Crispy skin duck breast, Spanish sherry reduction, dark chocolate glaze, grilled pear, silverbeet, raisins & pinenuts (mains);
  • Churros con chocolate: Spanish doughnuts, cinnamon sugar & chocolate dipping sauce

Our perennially popular Prawn Stars $25 lunch special is back too drawing on flavours from North Africa and Asia. The famous Mooloolaba prawn is the hero of these three sensational dishes:

  • Grilled chermoula prawns: herb cous cous, citrus yoghurt & burnt lemon
  • Mild panang curry prawns: choy-sum & coconut rice
  • Prawn salad: beanshoots, coriander, mint, toasted peanuts, sweet & sour dressing
