In the spa’s impressive thermal suite, alternate sessions in the infrared sauna and / or steam room with a quick cold water hit in the blitz shower to really get circulation going.

A body scrub is a great way to make your skin glow. First we’ll dry brush your body then use a lime and coconut sugar scrub to remove dead skin cells. Meanwhile lie back, relax and enjoy a moisturising hair treatment and scalp massage. After washing clean, experience some gentle massage strokes as we apply a body lotion to lock in the moisture.

Our heavenly body wraps are designed to eliminate toxins and hydrate the skin. Recharge mind and body while you cocoon in this smoothing and indulgent experience. Choose from Purifying Dead Sea Mud or Orange and Vanilla Bean or Mochaccino Detox.
